FRESH-HOMEMADE PASTA WORKSHOP + DINNER
Life is a combination of magic and pasta (Federico Fellini)
For everyone, from beginners to accomplished home cooks, the classes are a mix of demonstration and hands-on participation.
We orient ourselves to the tradition of Cucina Povera and Grandma's Cooking, which offers many recipes that correspond to the values that are most important to us at the moment. Our recipes are therefore always very simple and at the same time sustainable, healthy, as seasonal and local as possible, and very tasty!
The food is prepared from a vegetable base so that everyone can eat without problems.
In our classes we place great importance on creating a family atmosphere in which eating simple but lovingly prepared meals together nourishes the body and soul in equal measure

Begin the wonderful adventure of baking with sourdough with us!
Our intent is to provide you with knowledge, motivations and inspirations to be able to experience home baking, despite its challenges, as an extremely satisfying and enjoyable activity that can have positive repercussions in many aspects of your life.

Discover methods and techniques how to make Italian sourdough pizza at home. The classes are a mix of scientific and hands-on demonstrations.
The course is aimed at anyone who - even as a beginner - wants to understand and experience what makes pizza such a popular and special pastry.
Topics such as flour strength, proper rising and baking temperatures, and different preparation techniques will be explored. Our aim is to inform, inspire and motivate you about the benefits of using sourdough starter in pizza baking too.
For those who want to deepen their knowledge and experience of sourdough, we recommend that you first attend the bread course.
